I would never suggest America! I don't think any country is super easy to migrate to. No matter what you will end up spending a lot of time and money. I'm immigrating to Canada, and it really wasn't too bad. They were pretty fast and thorough with everything. I'm not a citizen yet, but I already have my visa. Also, it depends on how you do it (work permit, marriage, etc.) I found a book called How to Move to Canada that was very helpful. Maybe they have the book for other countries too?
