What are the alternate job options for H1B visa employee working in IT field?

I am an H1b visa employee working in IT field. 2 months back my project got over and due to current situation I am not getting job in IT field.
Now my question is:
To remain in status which alternative job I can look after?

Somebody suggested me about medical billing and coding/ Pharmacy technician/Registered Nurse job. Can I be able to do such job to remain in status?

H1B requires you to work in a job that is DIRECTLY related to your degree and professional experience. It's not permission to roam the United States taking any job you can find.

If you can't find another job in IT you need to leave, soon.
