We must all keep in mind while referring to Immigrants--legal and illegal, their primary goal is to obtain CA$H and fast. Their second goal is to keep getting cash while never becoming a citizen of their host country.
The important phrases may vary slightly but while they refuse to properly learn English, they sure can count money. So math becomes more important than language. Let us not forget that the government run agencies bend over backwards to help these non-English speakers obtain cash. Therefore, no phrases are necessary to learn in English.
