Lylle, let me get you the link. But I will have to tell you that your spouse in the US will have to initiate the petition by filing an I-130. Here are the relevant links. Total waiting time will be 18 months minimum from the time of filing in the US to the day you receive your visa. Good luck kapatid! |

Depends which country you are enquiring about. If marrying an Australian it depends if you are living overseas or within Australia. Most countries require a Police clearance for all countries lived in, in the past few years. |
