I am applying for ILR this month from a working visa for 5 years.I was once out of the country for 98 days on one of those years although it was not a consecutive days.Was out of the country for 68 days then after 6 months went out again for another 30 days.There is also a year where I did not go out of the country for whole year.in total for the past 5 years i had 202 days in total.the question really is.Am I still eligible for ILR eventhough once I was out of the country for 98 days in one of those years(2007)?

its v simple and clear. you will not get ILR if u r away for 180 days at a stretch. if u r away more than 180 days at different intervals its not a problem.
