ok so i completed driver's education at teendrivingcourse.com and i got a blue certificiate saying i have completed at least 30-50 minutes periods of classroom course. Then i took my my birth certificate, my mom, and filled out the white form but then they said i have to enroll in a behind the wheel program how do i enroll and where?

Check the yellow pages or the internet of actual driving instructors in your area. They will teach you how to drive like back up in a straight line, three point turn and how to parallel park, how to merge in traffic and freeways, etc. You will also be able to practice how to drive at night. Once you will have completed the hours required then you will be ready for your actual driving exam. Good luck!
