It blows and should not be an option, let alone be considered. Its not right/fair to those who are waiting to do things the right/legal way nor those who already have, we dont need them, they need us. There are far more than the gov. estimate. Besides, those already here with their anchor babies can be deported and wait until their little vermin turn 21 and petition them.... if they are such hard workers, then they can sign responsibility for them! Otherwise, Deport them all and secure the borders so they cannot return illegally again. Removing 20 million illegal alien invaders would take a huge strain off of already strained resources. Fixing the anchor baby interpretation would greatly reduce those running for the north side of the border as well as eliminating any benefits of any kind, no jobs, no place to live. Put those who aid and abet in jail too! Put the military on the border and stop this bs now!!! |

They stole an honest persons spot and need to go to the back of the line.
If we grant Amnesty again the results will be the same as last time, even more Illegals will be encouraged to break our laws. |

I think they should all be sent back, no matter where they are from. Let someone who is trying the legal channels get it. And no my answer doesn't mean I hate Mexicans. I said all of them. Let Mexicans who try legally get in here. |

I think they should be imprisoned and work for free for 15 years then be sent home and come in legally. |

Illegal criminal aliens that have broken our immigration laws and laws regarding employment (many times committing felony ID theft in order to do so), should be deported and barred from legal reentry for many years...as is the current policy. |

The USA, like every other country has the right to create and implement its own immigration policy. Reward criminals who violate that policy is morally wrong. Despite what libs and Hispanic Supremacist groups scream, enforcing our nation's immigration law is not racist, but it is the duty of our elected representatives. Of course, Obambie and the Dems in Congress are negligent in this area.
From the Desk of Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton: April 10, 2009

Obama Administration Unveils Amnesty Plan
The Obama administration is finally taking up the illegal immigration but you're not going to like what they've got planned. According to the San Jose Mercury News:
While acknowledging that the recession makes the political battle more difficult, President Barack Obama plans to begin addressing America's immigration system this year, including looking for a path for illegal immigrants to become legal, a senior administration official said Wednesday.
Obama will frame the new effort — likely to rouse passions on all sides of the highly divisive issue — as "policy reform that controls immigration and makes it an orderly system," said the official, Cecilia Munoz, deputy assistant to the president and director of intergovernmental affairs in the White House.
Now, should we be surprised that Cecilia Munoz is taking up the cause for illegal alien amnesty? Not at all.
As some of you may recall, before accepting a position in the Obama administration, Munoz served as Senior Vice President for the National Council of La Raza, the public relations front for the Mexican reconquista movement, which seeks to conquer the American Southwest and return it to Mexico. The organization aggressively lobbies for open borders and, you guessed it, amnesty for the 12 million illegals currently residing in the United States. And now they've got a friend in the White House.
Already, Janet Napolitano at Homeland Security shut down workplace enforcement (no more raids on employers of illegals), and has given amnesty to some illegals caught violating the law in prior raids. We warned you about Napolitano!
As to the impact such an amnesty program would have on the nation's southern border, this is not a theoretical question. We've been down this road before. Back in 2005, Judicial Watch uncovered a Border Patrol survey conducted by the Bush administration in 2004 to determine what impact amnesty would have on illegal immigration.
Want to take a guess at the outcome? Even the rumor of Bush's amnesty program led to a sharp spike in illegal immigration. Here are some of the particulars:
* 45% crossed illegally based on rumors of a Bush administration amnesty.
* 63% received Mexican government or media information supporting the notion of a Bush administration amnesty.
* 64% previously entered the United States illegally.
* 80% desired to apply for amnesty.
* 66% desired to petition for family members to join them in the U.S.
No wonder the Bush administration aborted the survey before its completion and ordered government officials not to talk about it: "Do not talk about amnesty, increase in apprehensions, or give comparisons of past immigration reform proposals," a White House memo stated.
If even the rumor of an amnesty plan induces illegals to flood across the border, what is going to happen if Obama and Munoz deliver the real thing? I hope we do not find out.
By the way, you can read the Judicial Watch Border Patrol Survey report we produced based on the survey results by clicking here. |

it's not right. there are to many people who have applied the right way and is waiting to come. they can't because we have to many illegals here. if amnesty is granted then it is what it is. if i lose my job to an amnesty jumper then i will live off the system as they did and let their taxes pay for my welfare. what goes around comes around. it's also called carma. now we can sit back and laugh at the amnesty jumpers. |

What part of illegal is hard to understand. They are breaking the law. Way to many Americans are without jobs. Why should someone who is breaking the law be allowed to work here when Americans in our own country need jobs. There should also stop the "anchor baby" deal. If you are born to illegals you are illegal too and you can not use American hospitals. Use hospitals in Mexico. Our insurance is high enough without having to give illegals free medical care. |

More ingredients added to our great melting pot we live in now-some melting pot people just enter America without permission, steal or use fake documents, some melting pot abuse of public benefits. With the right documents anybody can say they been here a 10 years or more. |

After confiscating anything they may have accumulated while living illegally in the country, deportation. They would be allowed to take their anchor children with them. |

giving amnesty means going back to your country of birth and process your papers there at your local U.S. embassy..in there you will know how they get in to USA illegally..i guess you can start there..judge how they get in there and how they live..its not that i dont want amnesty for them its just that only the safe and good people should passed |

I think if we need more workers they should allow more work visa's . It's not fair to allow illegal aliens to just be made citizens when people have been waiting for a long time to be part of this country .
It was once said you can determine the strength of your country by the number of people who are trying to get into it and the weakness by the number trying to get out or something like that. |

Well, I think that for some, it would be appropriate. Say perhaps one who has lived here for at least 10 years maybe. Then I could see doing it.
It is ILLEGAL to have come here ILLEGALLY - they should not be rewarded for it. I think those under ten years should have to go back and try again LEGALLY. I know this might involve having to move a family - even children born in America - out of the Country, BUT the person at fault int he first place is in fact the PARENT for having done it illegally in the first place.
I don't care if people come here to live, as long as they do it legally and also - I think that they should be required to learn the English language as well. It is good to be bilingual, but they have come here - so they should conform to us, not we to them.
I also agree that they need to come to WORK, not to sit on the FREE Public Assistance programs. |

What are your thoughts on what native Americans say that we all should be deported(they dont know where but they dont care) because we are descendants of real criminals who use to kill and enslave them? |

I am all for amnesty, I think it is a wonderful idea...
I really don't know where these morons are getting the idea that they live off of public assistance, that just BS.
The benefits;
A few More taxes collected (those few that are not paying)
More voters
Less money spent on ICE, for no good reason.
More great work preformed
No unions needed
More ingredients added to our great melting pot we live in now
A great economy boost in the home sells it would generate
The list could go on and on...
Yes, send back the harden criminals...hell, send the so called American criminals with them too.
