What can my friend do to attain admission into the USA?

My friend is being deported over a drug possession charge.

She's 21 years-old and has been detained for a year. She's changed over the course of her incarceration, mainly due to not being around the people she was with.

Her entire family lives here and are legal... for some reason or another, she wasn't legal. Is there any chance at all that she can get a second chance? Her family cannot relocate to their home country because they have established lives here, successful ones. By the way, her sister served in Iraq.

Is there anything she can do where she may be allowed to come back over time? She was 19 years-old and got with a bad crowd, will she have to pay for it for the rest of her life?

Felony pretty much seals her fate. Although Obama is considering immunity for all illegal aliens currently residing in the US, even he can't overturn her conviction. She could petition for a presidential pardon but even Obama supporters are not going for that.All counties not just the US take a hard stance on granting citizenship to illegal aliens that commit felonies. She did the one thing that would ruin her opportunity as far as legally becoming a citizen

Yes, she will have to pay for it for the rest of her life. She is an adult and must obey the laws. There is nothing that can halt her deportation. I also believe that she will never be allowed back into the country because of her crimes.

Most criminals that are deported re-enter the U.S.A., these people are the worst of the worst and have no morals or ethics. I'm sure your friend will be able to illegally invade that nation to continue on with more crimes.

Nothing she can do.
A drug charge almost guarantee she will never be permitted legal entry to the US.
Her family being here and having successful lives or a sister serving in Iraq has no bearing whatsoever on her case.
Being part of the "bad crowd" is no excuse for breaking the law. When you break the law and serve time in jail,it usually does follow you the rest of your life.

She is gone, we had a friend here in Cali (he is illegal) that was beat up by a gang banger and my friend defended himself putting the banger in the hospital, well he got deported because he first has a record now and he's illegal, the only good thing for him is that he was able to cross back into Cali but he can not become legal due to his record now.

Unfortunately the immigration department pretty much has a zero tolerance policy concerning drug charges. About the only chance is to hire an attorney who specializes in deportation and try to prove that the offense wasn't aggravated. Depending what she was charged with on the drug crime and on whether she has previous problems with the law it may be possible but expensive to fight deportation.
