How about in March, both you and your partner, book tickets to his country, meet up with his folks and then STAY there.

I think you should be ashamed of yourself just as others have said on here. Have a reality check and you might just realise that your 'man' is marrying you simply for a passport and a charmed life of living off the social. Don't you want something better for yourself than that - perhaps a man who is proud and wants to work to take care of his family and possibly future wife? I am pretty sure you will marry him though, and also that you will regret it when he walks out on you after a year or so.

Tell the social or you will get caught and be in a lot of trouble. It the likes of your partner that come here illegal and they get everything handed to them on a plate while we suffer by paying higher taxes and not being able to get a council house or flat, for example my friend who pays full rent for a 1 bed flat has not been moved to a bigger place and she has a 7 & 3 year old and a 7 month old baby and they still have not rehomed her because all the council places go to all the immigrants. You hear storys of illegal immigrants driving illegally and killing innocent people because their reckles and dont give a dam as long as they get free NHS, homes and money that my taxes pay for. You will be a fool to marry him let him go back home and stay there and never come back because you dont know what he is really like untill you get married. He could turn out to be a evil wife beater or any thing because as soon as that ring is on your finger he could treat you like s**t. I recover money owed due to benefit fraud, and this is one of the most common causes of benefit overpayments. Living together as husband and wife is the description used. You will get in trouble for it, and don't think you can hide it as someone will inform the fraud hotline, and you face court action, and will have to repay all benefit to which you were not entitled to. So do the right think or you may be talking to me in person very soon.

i think there should be flexibility for people with this situation, because if he is not legal yet the lady should not suffer and her income support should not stop as he is not having a NI number. benefit agency should consider the situation
