Simple .....abide by the law. IF what we do is un-fair or un-equal....then say so....change the law FIRST....not later. Have you heard of a push from business owners needing minimum wage employees? NO. Have you heard of problems from the Ag industry saying the process is too long to get temp workers? Too expensive? NO Have you heard crys from businesses saying you better stop all this (taxes...bonuses...etc)or we will have to leave the country if you want us to stay? NO
I haven't heard 1 word from anyone about NEEDING more PEOPLE because there were so few to work....have you?
Have you heard an outcry from hospitals saying they NEED more FREE services to give out? Schools complaining they don't have enough kids to keep going? Please young Americans....breed more? Police officers begging for some more crime to keep busy?
I know when my kids were in school......they told them to go into the service industry.....we had TOO many tech people....now in 2 years we suddenly have a shortage?
If there was a problem....nobody told us!!!!!! No one gave us a chance to respond.

1. deport any illegal alien went caught, (illegal immigrant is a PC term to make people feel better about people who are breaking the law.)
2. a fine of 10x the minimum wage, state or fed whichever is greater for every man hour worked by an illegal alien. This fine would be issued to both the company and the president of the company.
3. Work Visa, this visa would all a person to work 6 months in the US then they would have to go home for 6 months.
4. If an illegal alien is caught they could NEVER be allowed to immigrate to the US and NEVER have a Work Visa. |
