I haven't the slightest idea.

God does not keep me informed about His thoughts, but I have the feeling that perhaps, maybe He would think that it is very selfish and evil of those people that want to shoot immigrants just because they want to live better

Isn' that what got Adam in trouble? disobedians. In The bible God says to obey the law of the land. It is God who instituded the law, do you think He did for it to be disobeyed? Without the law there will be no peace because the natural man cannot control his desire to be better than the next man even if he has to steal. Show me a country without borders & I'll show you a country that will soon not be a country. God gave us the law to protect outselves. Peace!!!

God has laws too. But, I like to keep my beliefs in God separate from issues. Kinda like we all should if we followed the Constitution. IMHO.

Since we are a Federal Republic, I really think that 'religions' should be left out of the illegal immigration issue. The United States is a nation which separates church and state.

God looks at the heart of the individual. If the individual is Illegally migrating for the reason of greed, negative opportunism, crime of self motivated harm to others then may God have mercy on them. If the individual is migrating on life or death, sometimes economic, issues then God will bless. The question would be, is there a crime commited against the government. Driving 1 mile over the speed limit would be illegal but yet, off-duty police officers, fire department officers, number of government employees that I personally know break this law by much more than a mile. And this law-break is done off duty. Some may even answer and say seperation of church and state, seperation of church and state has nothing to do with your question. That's like answering a cooking question with a mechanic's problem. Your question obviously is between God and the illegal immigrant, so the answer should be about what God thinks. Bottom line, God is more interested in the individual's heart motives. Many great immigrants have come to the U.S. to contribute good since the beginnings of this country. yet some have come and caused much harm.

I don't know. I have never put myself in the position to speak for a Deity. Nor would I ever put words into the mouth of the God that I believe in. I am a mere mortal, and choose to express the opinions of myself and myself only.

It is written "the earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof". I think God couldn't care less about illegal immigration. The entire human race is God's children, and if we have God in our hearts, then we have love, and if we have love, then we are our brother's keeper, and when we get to that point then borders no longer matter.

I am sure God is awake all night worrying about this. Either that or he is busy on Yahoo Answers checking over my shoulder. If there is a God, I guess by now he's like a parent who just leaves their children to go grow up and get on with their lives. I suggest we all do that.

HE probably laughs at all these silly anti-immigrants. Crying and whining about deporting poor immigrant workers, and calling them names. Only GOD can judge anyone, not a bunch of self-righteous anti-immigrant bashers.

And to those who come here and advocate shooting or violence against illegal immigrants, he'll probably strike them down dead for hating thy neighbor.
