What do you think about all these companies who use H1B Visas to replace American Workers?

There is some news about Microsoft laying off many American workers, and replaced them with foreign workers with the H1B Visa program during these tough recession times when unemployment is getting high?

It is cheaper overseas.. they asked for them, and got them. The Feds think that puts the idea in stone.. and they don't change them.

We need a national ballot initiative and vote on this idea. I don't know why it hasn't been stopped a long time ago but clearly, we need that national ballot initiative to deal with this, and more issues that are pretty ugly for the people.

Wrong these companies that do this claim they can not workers skilled in the fields that they bring them over here for. It is the same as moving call centers out of this country along with the I.T. jobs.

Companies can hire any personnel they want. Nobody can change that. Recession or not, nobody is going to make them change. I think people need to get over it and get a better education if they want better jobs. Complaining is not going to resolve these issues
