Mexican-Americans are fine its the "mojados" that make the rest of us look bad. I understand where your coming from because i'm racist against my own kind sometimes. It's the ones that come over just to have babies to get foodstamps, WIC, Medicaid and so on, that just ticks me off. If they start giving you crap just give them crap back..tell them what i always tell them...in language they do understand..."si no te gusta vayase a su pinche tierra!"

I feel the same way. However, you will find those kind of people in any race. There is always a class of scumbags for every kind of person. Some races, have a higher percentage of these than others.

It's not the Mexican part that bothers me, it's the "illegal" part. America has its own homeless, poor, uneducated, and unemployed that it doesn't even take care of. Let's get those people taken care of first before we go helping other countries.

Just be a pleasant person and if people are rude donâ€™t trip. Why are you worried bout what strangers think? White, Brown, Red, Yellow â€¦what ever! Just focus on yourself and what you need to be a good person and do not try to figure out why strangers are treating you bad. It not a race thingâ€¦ or an illegal thing. By the way my father was born in Mexico and is of, French and Spanish decent; my mother is also bon in Mexico and is of Indigenous and Spanish decent. So the French and Spanish decent make me fair skinned with light colored eyesâ€¦ geez learn your heritage people!

My parents came legally, I am California born, but I do not think I am better than the next person. I am proud of my parents, my family, friends and my self. I am not worried other people.

I think any foreigner who is classified as illegal in the US should be deported. As far as your own personal experiences, that happens in every race. It's stupid, and it's common.

I hate illegals. I don't have a problem with someone who has immigrated legally and wants to swear his or her loyalty to America, however. The idiots that come over here with a foreign flag that try to change our country are just that. Idiots.

The Mexican race is different than the white race. Men from Mexico are taught that they are superior to women and that women will do what they are told. So I think that the fact that you are a mexican women plays into this.

illegals are here in the U.S. illegally and are bringing down our country in many ways. They should deported back to Mexico and if they come over again they should be charged with a crime.

After World War II Mexico and Brazil took in a lot of German Nazi's running away from prosecution and they mixed with the native Mexican looking Mexicans, maybe that's why you look different. No reason to self-hate though...

I'm glad people can immigrate to this country. All of my ancestors were immigrants but they came here legally. There is also a member of my family that is an immigrant, it took her 2 years to get a visa. Everyone in the States should be here legally. There is a process to enter this country and it should be observed. Just because Mexico is within walking distance doesn't make it fair for people to sneak into this country. I don't like having to support illegal aliens with my tax dollars.

Your coloring probably has something to do with the way you are treated. Unfortunately it is usually ignorant people who judge others by their appearance.
