I couldn't get the link, but I'll tell you this. The prisons are full of illegals who have raped, stolen, and killed. There's a freakin' epidemic going on, and it seems like nobody is willing to do anything about it in the government. They are dragging their feet. This kind of thing IS PREVENTABLE! There is no reason for this except our deadbeat lawmakers refuse to act! The people that hired this scum need to be arrested and thrown in prison along with the crapbag!!

This happened in my neighborhood and yeah we are all upset about this. This criminal was deported before for having a DUI and then came back, stole another identity and was hired by the contracting company. Only to rape and commit crimes freely in America.

It is terrible. When I picked pre-schools one thing I made sure was that the employees had background checks. It never occurred to me that public schools our children are required to attend wouldn't have the same protections.

There is a state Congressman in California who is trying to make the Malibu school district run background checks on all employees, through contractors or otherwise. For some reason his Democratic opponent opposes this.

Archangel - I don't want my children at the mercy of American sickos in school, either. I think ALL school board employees should have background checks.

IT STINKS!!!!! I live in Arizona, and I used to work in a school, and i had to have a background check run AND be fingerprinted, before i was hired!!!!!
I hope the parents of this girl SUES that school until they go BANKRUPT!!!!!! And THEN sues whoever HIRED this pervert withOUT the background check!!!

And, to all the losers above me ^ that whines about "americans commit these crimes too",BS, let me say AGAIN, This particular crime would NOT have happened IF this illegal had not been in THIS country!!!!!!!!!
