First of all, get the facts. Illegals do not drain America. Studies hae been done and published showing that their contribution is, overall, marginally positive to this country's well being. By and large, they take up jobs that many Americans do not care to labor because Americans have the social safety net.
It is also true that some of the illegals do take up some jobs that had they not been here, would have been taken by American. These are the minority.
What should we do? Live and let live. This country was founded on illegals from way back when. If they have proven productive and contribute to the society, it is all to the good. Otherwise, send them back to where they came from so that they would not, as you put it, drain this country.

Give them a certain amount of time to leave on their own.The ones that wish to try to become legal must leave by a Border check point and the paper for their requests filled out and filed.They would then go to their home country to wait for permission to immigrate,legally.
After a certain time then systematically begin to round them up and deport them slowly,use the FEMA camps as a holding area until they can be deported.If you don't do it on your own then you would never get the chance to be legal and if caught in the USA you will be sent to prison and then deported again.The government estimates that over half will leave on their own,another 40% would go thru the check points leaving only 10% to be arrested and deported.That amount can be handled.in the FEMA camps.

instead of spending multi-billions on government red tape crap, there should be processing stations started for the purpose of checking legal status of citizenship based on fingerprints and other bodily identifiable parts, and have them all shipped back at the expense of their government who should be helping in the crack down on illegal movement through their own country

Give them social security cards ...so they can join the rest of us paying taxes to the government. Years ago, citizenship was granted to aliens who had successfully completed an enlistment in the military.
But it would not necessarily be a good idea to have millions of infantry-trained illegals.
