Hello, My Girlfriend applied for a visa for the uk and received a email saying her entry clearance has been issued. We were wondering if this means she has been accepted and the documents that have been sent will have good news within them! The visa was for a Canadian on a youth mobility scheme! Thanks!

I am a canadian citizen and I got sponsored by UK employer. I have a valid certificate of sponsorship. Now I have applied for entry clearance Visa, they told me that the visa processing time may take up to 15 days and The UK entry clearance officer may approve or refuse the visa. Is there anyone know what the are causes that lead the visa to be refused?
