20 Push-Ups - 60 Seconds
25 Sit-Ups - 60 Seconds
Endurance Step Test - 5 Minutes

When you arrive at the academy:
1.5 mile and half run in 13 minutes or less
Confidence Course in 2:29 or less
220 yd in 46 Seconds or less

Don't under estimate the step test for the pre-employment hiring, that is where a lot of people choke.
