My wife's visa expired and she's illegal. She was issued an ITIN for schooling tho. I need to get her an SSN and I don't know what forms to fill out for the Immigration office.
What forms do I need and where can I find them?

If she is out of status, don't waste time trying to get her SS #. You need to get her in legal status than apply for her SS through SS administration |

If you are a US citizen, since she came with visa, you can sponsor her to get the green card. You need to filled the I-130 form. Otherwise, there's no way to get a SS with no legal status. |

I suggest getting an immigration lawyer to help you. It might be a little expensive but it will be worth it to get it done right. I mean that is if you don't have one already. But a good one will help you with all your paperwork. |
