You've been asking about this same guy for months. The answer is still the same.
1. It's possible he divorced you here in the United States before he got married. Yes, he can do that. No, you do not need to be notified and you cannot object to it. American divorce law is much different than Indian divorce law.
2. If he did not divorce you in the US then his second marriage is not valid. He will be deported and any immigration benefit he gained from it will be null and void.
3. Bigamy is a crime of moral turpitude. Once deported he will never be allowed to set foot in the United States, not for the rest of his life. |
