A person can become an illegal immigrant in two ways. One, enter a country without permission, two, enter a country legally, but stay after visa has expired. I prefer the legal term, illegal alien, since they are aliens who are in our country illegally. They are definitely not undocumented immigrants, since they have plenty of documentation, much of which is fake or stolen!

Someone who gets into our country illegally. By not getting citizenship papers and someone who doesn't get legal papers to show they live here. People who decide to live here and not pay taxes because technically they don't exist. People who are getting things payed for them and not giving anything in to help our country.

Mexico people sly into usa. that is called illegial immigrant. those who try to walk hide and across overboard without any program enter embassy and ask for permit. It is so silly. because they don't have any ssn, or any plans for their own sake of the future.

Someone fly into Usa with their visa but overstayed. They become illegial immigrant. Overstayed is a really serious problem. they must go home before due of visa date.
