Try Scandinavian countries. They have human value from the birth, it looks to me the best intelligent countries on earth.

Your child will have US citizenship automatically, so ignore all the crap answers that tout that as an advantage of being born in the US. The US is one of very few countries without free healthcare. The freeest your child can be is to have EU and US citizenship, so I would definately look at an EU country. Just be wary of the standards in England (UK) because they are not up to scratch. Child will survive, but it may not be the best experience for the mother.

Some countries don't offer automatic citizenship through birth, if parents are not citizens. Last I heard Ireland did not have this restriction, so maybe it's a good choice.

I think that you and your wife should consider the U.S. though you may be from another but from experience those that come from another country tend to receive affordable health care and it you need a stat consider Idaho it's small and the people there are friendly

I would go somewhere that has great medical experience and find a doc that you guys really like and are comfortable with. Or even some place you and ur wife enjoy going to, then it can be a place to remember and go back to, just to get away from everyhting, and your child will feel part of that C :

Australia and UK won't let you get citizenship via birth anymore. The parents need to hold Australian/UK Citizenship (respectively) or Permanent Residence for the child to automatically be born Australian/British. If not, the parents can have the headache of going to the embassy and filling out the paperwork because the child will usually be legally stateless until the parents file for American Born Abroad etc.

The UK health system is rubbish anyway. Australia is okay but there's heaps of waiting lists. France won't allow citizenship via birth but they have excellent health care (they're a bit anti-American though).

Canada and USA are the only semi-decent countries that allow citizenship via birth.

Neither England nor Australia gives automatic citizenship thanks to birth! Research what you want to do a little better. Being a US citizen and a Philippine citizen may make him ineligible for a third citizenship in some countries, in other countries he may have to give up one citizenship or both at the age of majority (18 in most countries), etc.

if you are a us citizen youre baby and wife would be considered under your insurance and would be completely covered by your healthcare, but if you dont have us healthcare austrailia is cheaper for traveling to, but england has more established services

are you only going there for the birth of the child to get health care...if you are a US citizen, why don't you move back to US and have child in US.

Australia is good country and pretty good health-care benefits, but you will still have to pay for them.

is your wife a US citizen????? if not, why not move to US and get her to become a citizen......she will have to become a citizen to get good health-care in any country, permanent health-care for her and the child...

Anywhere where the healthcare is good. I'd say either stay in the U.S.A. until the baby is born, then move, or have it in England. There are many other counties in Europe that are up-to-date on the latest healthcare. Go to a website that shows comparisons on countries in Europe and they're "ratings", so to say, on medical care. Google it, that's what I'd do.

The United States is the best option for the birth of the child. That way, the child has automatic citizenship. But then again, Cuba has some of the best medical treatment and healthcare there. Just make sure you don't go to Cuba from the United States. :).
