Nothing if you are the victim (didn't know) and you tell the authorities.

If it can be proven, the person can be jailed and/or deported from the UK and banned for a minimum of 10 years. Even if they are ILR holders or naturalised, they can still be deported if it can be shown they committed marriage fraud for the pupose of gaining residency/citizenship
