Like anyone else, go to the embassy and apply. Why do you want to visit Poland anyway? Do you have family there?

You don't need a Schengen visa if you wish to visit Poland only! You will need to ask a visa from the Polish embassy.

To apply for a Schengen visa you just pick a country which is part of the agreement and apply. In this case since your preference is Poland, try them first.
