I am an American citizen looking to marry a Canadian citizen who has been living in the U.S under her parents visa for 10 years. What is process for marriage through the court and for her to legally work with a new American status?

Which form(s) are needed for this process for her to be an American citizen working in the U.S. I should of been more specific.
