nothing if it is done within legal guidelines.
Also, when you come to another country, you must be commited to fit in and work for a living.
There is nothing wrong with immigration.
But for those who abuse it, the penalty should be much more severe.
illegal immigration is the problem.

dude, u have to understand that times have changed
now nations have laws for a foreign citizen to immigrate into a different country
and if u violate their laws and try to illegaly enter into their borders then its a violation of laws
just like most mexicans do, they break the sovereign laws of the US and come over here illegaly, dont pay any taxes
expects to be treated as a lawful citizen
and protest when they are told to leave the country

Nothing is wrong with immigration unless it starts to harm our citizens or if done illegally (which does harm our citizens). Immigration makes us culturally diverse and stronger, if done legally.

Nothing wrong with legal immigration. Illegal immigration is a totally different subject. We do not reward people who go against the law in this country, except for the current leader perhaps. The Native Indians might argue with you about the fact that immigration built this country. What looks like prosperity to one may look like a bunch of landfills and overpopulation to another.

Nothing except that it threatens the "order" of some communities who will have some displaced for Mexican populations. White, working class, "Republican" males are the most threatened since it is their semi-skilled jobs that are easily replaceable with cheaper Mexican labor. Every wave of immigration displaces some settled population with new immigrants, or in this case, old illegal immigrants. The result will be another chunk of the American workplace falling out of the middle class employment range to poverty level.

Immigration will ruin the country. Thing is, most immigrants are illegal and from mexico. I am fine with people who can speak english and are tax paying citizens. But i do have a problem wih illegals who cannot speak english who dont pay taxes and still get to work in our country.it isnt fair. i cant recall but its either the 14th or 15th amendment that states anyone who is born in the US is automatically a citizen. Thats messed up. I think the parents must be citizens. I lso think that you should be have to own property in prder to vote. But thats just me.

Do everybody a favor, get a dictionary for 2 reasons:
1. To learn how to correctly spell immigration (it is listed right on this page for god's sake!)
2. And to understand the difference between the words "legal" and "ILLEGAL"

why is it, that when this topic is raised, that so many people go into 'slogan bleating' mode, rather than looking at facts?

suppose your town was filling a new lake over a period of years, and your town council met every quarter to discuss water flow

in the beginning, every quarter showed evidence to keep filling. but after a while, rather than looking at the level of the lake, the council would just chant 'we're a town of lake fillers' - 'my predacessor on this council was a lake filler' etc

anyone who talked about the levels was called a 'lakist'

umm well sum immagrents dont pay taxes because there not citenzs of the united states but if they do pay taxes well then nobody as a prob with them
