Massachusetts. you get mostly great weather (it's a plus if you don't mind the cold and snow during the winter), Boston is an amazing city and there are a lot of great universities in and around Boston. and Boston is the best sports town in America. take a look at Massachusetts.

Ohio - You have a huge variety of Universities to go to. The weather is nice in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Winter it snows but it is not that bad. - Ohio

It depends primarily on which degree you wish to pursue. I would not recommend California, the prices are higher than most and the people are crazy. I personally chose Arizona because the winter temperature are around 50-60F, which to me is amazing. Plus they have some of the best business schools for the price.

i'd have to say with out a doubt is New Mexico, it has everything you could want. my second chioce would be Oregon.. wonderful people, great weather, lots to do . lots of places to go . plenty higher learning.. this opinion is good for both of my choice's

If your English, surely "New England" is best for you and I would suggest NEW HAMPSHIRE or VERMONT does not have an unpleasant climate with stifling heat, hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes like most of the other US states seem to, and the way of life there is much more like UK used to be like, and they have forgotten all about the Boston Tea Party there too.
