Yes you are right. It will end up more of them here than us!! All down to our government yet again. They are housed, get benefits and use our nhs that we have paid for all our working lives. Send them back on the next boat to where they came from!!

That's why terrorists can walk around freely in our country!! Because the government let them in , in the first place!!

The UK has been allowing to many immigrants for years, there are good points to it, but in my opinion are far outweighed by the bad, lack of housing, lack of help for the legitimate poor and pensioners are but two. Gun crime, drugs culture and the pc brigade are in the main a by product of both immigration and too much mainly American tv.

I noticed a flood of English and Scottish people to my state in the US since the late 90s, and a lot of them are working minimum wage jobs which was something you would never see them do before, before they would be starting businesses or were working some fancy job, now they are pumping petrol and working at 711.

When you ask Brits why they left, it is usualy that they believe the UK is basicly f$cked so they wanted to get out before it gets worse

Yes it has gone too far,but our opinions do not count. Immigration is and will continue to be forced on us,regardless. The amount of immigration is designed to dilute our culture. Dilution of national cultures by immigration is the basis for the European Union. A weakened sense of nationhood in Britain, means no effective opposition to bureaucratic rule by the European Commission in Brussels.

We are letting the whole world take the complete piss out of us. What people do not seem to understand is that you cannot get a job in a takeaway or in Tesco a lot of the time now because all of the immigrants have got them. It is so hard to get a part time job if you are unskilled because the polish have them and are working for half the price. It is seriously unfair. We are stupid to ourselves letting them come here and take over. The goverment are not listening though. They talk about keeping up with the export markets and all this but it is a short time fix. These immigrants are not even spending the money here it is all being sent home so eventully are economy is going to suffer too. You cannot blame them for coming and trying to better themselves but it shouldn't be to our detriment.

I have been to the UK and I think you could use some more diversity over there. How about letting us send over some our illegals? Just say the word and we gladly will pack their polluting lawn mowers in the back of their donkey drawn carts right next to the chicken cages and put them on the first flight there. All you will have to do is pick them up from the airport, give them free school, free medical, free food, and put up with their demands for the same rights as legal citizens without having to pay any taxes, and their demands for you to change to their language.

Multiculturalism has become a by-word for exploitation of hard working British Citizens. The numerous holidays and cultural events seen around the world are being forced upon employers in the UK, who, if they decline acknowledgement, are sued for racism. My opinion is, that if you come to the UK you live like a Brit, that means you don't try and force your culture upon us. They are Raping the British way of life.

It wouldn't be so bad if they only took the ones who have skills that are in short supply here and made them prove that they have the funds and means to support themselves and not claim any Government help.

The open door policy is just creating a huge pool of cheap labour which allows bosses to see their employees as expendible and avoid having to train and value them, and also keep wages down. So I fail to see how it benefits the ordinary working class Brit. It also puts extra strain on our NHS.

The middle classes no doubt enjoy the availability of cheap menial workers though.

The goverment and the EU are intent on denationalising everyone. They are flooding us with immigrant workers to the detriment of the Nationals (an extra 30% are expected soon, and if you don't always trust figures read that as a lot more) This situation is helped along the way by PC liberals and do-gooders.

We have been given no choice in multiculturism it has been foisted on us. I do not object to sensible immigration as we had before the mass immigration started but now I worry about the future of my family here.

If you think also about the rise in diseases that these people have not been cleared for such as TB and Hepatitus its even more worrying.

The UK has been far to relaxed on immigration, letting anyone in. It is causing divisions in society today. Why do the government let this happen when nobody wants it? Why are people who speak out against this called a racist?

I think it is a great idea. Immigration is helping to keep out economy afloat. There are certain elements that are leeching off the state, but look at the British Nationals that are doing the same!!

I do agree there should be a limit though, as this would help to relieve stresses on certain public services, after we are the worlds smallest major powers!

was we not told at least 15 years ago that 99% of all immigrants coming to this country were all doctors and nurses and professional people if that was the case why are we still short of such .And do we honestly believe that the country would not survive without this so called do the jobs the Brits wont .We were doing perfectly well before all the mass imagration.I was told that the UK was the most hated country in the world by lots of none Brits .I think they were not quite correct .The Goverment cannot control the immigrants coming here so they say the UK needs them .Does Spain need all the Brits going over there If most of them went there with no money .well if we are honest we all know what the aswer would be NO Some of my Ancesters were imagrants to this Country and they was not helped like these to day .They had to sort things out them selves no hand outs in those days.I think we have lost the idea of the meaning of asylum seeker Has far as I recall Political Asylum was the only type of Asylum there was plotting against there country and Goverment .I feel the word is used to freely today I rest my case If anyone dont like what I write it is just to bad but it is TRUE.

They have such a huge Islam population, they cant control terrorist anymore! The civilian population has no self defense anymore! Most of my European friend hate it in the UK. They have just about become minorities!
The country of "everything accepted" and "No ethics and Morals" has a foreign population of "We will force OUR morals and values here"..because the UK will let us and cant stop us!!!!

Hi I am from Fife I don't really notice an influx of foreigners except Polish ones.They work hard and learn the language.Genuine people. Wot peas me of is the Nigerians etc, who come to this country determined to rip us off. So I agree with you certain immigrants are OK. but government should control wot black people to let in.

The short answer is yes. I haven't got an issue with foreigners who come into this country and work, pay taxes and contribute to our economy, in fact I believe a cultural diverse country is better and more open-minded. But there are too many people who sponge off our excellent resources (education and health care, contrary to what people think ours is one of the best in the world), either stay in this country and work or get out!

Rather mixed..... don't mind them too much if they come over to do jobs such as Doctor / Nurse / Dentist / Teacher, etc and do a good job of it, speak good english and pay their own way (e.g. don't scrounge off benefits, pay for their own healthcare, etc).... and come in through the proper channels with the PROPER paperwork.
And I quite like some of the foods that have come about as a result of Indians / Pakis coming over, such as Chicken Tikka / Madras / Korma, etc (and some Indian / Paki chick ain't too bad looking in a way).

Not particularly fond of
- ones who scrounge off our already overstretched NHS

- claim off benefits, and get all kinds of stuff given to them free... while people who were born & bred here get next to sweet-F/A

- "Muslim" extremists

- Reports of asian youths raping our women

- reports of Eastern Europeans poaching from our freshwater fisheries (already barely recovered from post WW2 pollution + a plague of cormorants) and robbing coarse anglers of their catch at knife point.

- don't make an effort to learn English, or our customs.

My opinion is that its a gift from heaven, slave labour without even paying for them. They do all the menial tasks while you go pubbing, bingo and nightclubbing. Even ants go ant-napping to bring back ant-slaves when they are short of labour. Now do you see the beauty of it all ?

I think we should send them to Scotland after all you get free nhs prescriptions there, so it wouldn't cost as much to keep them

No. The UK isn't taking these immigrants out of kindness, but because they are willing and able to do jobs for which there aren't enough British people. On the other hand, the UK is tying its own hands on getting rid of the immigrants who are criminals.
