What jobs are there in Mexico that Mexicans won't do?

Good question. Many job opportunities exist in mexico, some of the same things they do here for a living. In the village where I stayed for three weeks, many people ran food and drink shops from their homes. Many were street vendors, almost all raised some animals and farmed their land. Some ran transportation and phone services. There was a mill to have your corn ground into flour that everyone seemed to use. My ex husbands family supplied milk to several villages. He even attended college for a while even though his family was one of the poorest in the village at the time. While better opportunities exist in the US to make more money, I saw no desperate people there. They have the perception that Americans are rich, and they come here for that dream. I just don't think its my place to fund that dream for them.

There's very little jobs here...and the few are really bad paid...! That's why people move to other countries...

apparently there are a lot of them if they are willing to venture through desert like landscape to steel a job from Americans and only get paid $3/hr.

None. Because if they won't do the job, then the job won't exist because nobody will be doing it. So, every job that's over there, is being done, so none.

Most jobs you only need to as any Guatemalan they say Mexican are lazy they only want to go to the USA.
There are many good Mexican worker their but they don't want to come here they want help and getting their country to work. The ones that stay are the proud ones they love their country and do not want to abandon it.
What they say about the illegals coming here is, "good bye to bad rubbish".
Illegals here can't make it there. They are uneducated and not very bright people. Most live on the system there and will continue doing it here. Most lean communist in theory.
