a friend used to be married with 2 kids aged 24&23 after 8yrs they got separated, then she met another man with whom she had 3 kids,currently single again, the problem is she left for canada declaring only the 2 kids from her marriage and when its about time to sponsor them she sent an apology letter to the immigration stating that she have 3 more kids and wanted to include them as dependents,she´s scared to call the immigration yet (still gaining more courage to pick up the phone). do u think its being misrepresented? will there be a deportation issue?

No one "forgets" they have 3 kids. The only possible conclusion, immigration authorities are likely to conclude, is her misrepresentation or attempted immigration fraud. She'll be lucky if she is only deported instead of imprisoned for fraud. |
