My husband is still a student but is going to graduate in this coming June. He only had part time job before. I want to apply green card, but my husband do not have income to support me. I have an aunt who is willing to be my joint sponsor. She is qualified to sponsor me. Do you think my case will be approved?

I came to USA in 2005 with F1 student visa, and now I am working with H1B visa.

It al depends on how you came to the US and when
If you came illegally after I believe it was April 2001 then don't waste your money at this moment yo just might be deported
But if you came before April 2001 and have proof or you came with a visa then you should be able to but, your husband will need to be 1 of the sponsors |

Using a co-sponsor will not negatively affect your case. Your husband will still need to be the primary sponsor, however. |

Yes, it certainly sounds like you need a co-sponsor and as long as your aunt is able and willing to do that for you, go for it. |
