Find them, deport them, put a ban on them from ever obtaining a US Citizen, enforce the border - use deadly force if necessary, punish the employers, and punish the government officials who look the other way.
Also eliminate dual-citizenship for all countries because that is a joke. You can only have one alliance for one country. |

Deportation. And we should fine the hell out of the landlords and businesses that are enabling them to remain here. It is illegal to rent or employ illegal immigrants in this nation - that is where we need to start. If we end the housing and employment for them, then they will stop coming - since there would be no where to live or work. No money and shelter, no illegal immigration.
But we need to enable our civil law enforcement to work with the federal law enforcement and deport all illegal immigrants in this nation. |

1. the border needs to be secured (without this nothing else matters)
2. Punish and penalize the employers that do not comply with the law
3. Remove all benifits that illegals can get, including automatic citizenship for those babies born to illegal aliens in the U.S.
4. Arrest all illegal aliens when found and create a prison for them along the borders. On first offense they would be sentenced to no less then 6 months and they would build or they would help on the upkeep of the fence along the border. Then deported
5. Border patrol would be tripled also ICE would be tripled and both would be completely funded.
6. There would be no exceptions if you are in our Country illegally and caught you will be deported and banned. There is no such thing as an illegal in the U.S. that does not have a criminal record. By definition they all have a criminal record once caught. |

We should deport all the criminals and unemployed, those who have jobs can stay but they have to pay a penalty to make up for back taxes and future earnings will be taxed heavily. |

I can not say on here what I really think should happen to each and every one of them, some whiny pro would violate me, so I think they should be severely punished, deported with a life time ban and if caught here again, death row. Border patrol should be allowed to use weapons on sight and increase the number of agents who round them up and toss them back where they belong. Enforce the laws on people who associate and help these illegals, Take all possessions from illegals and employers of illegals when caught. Deny citizenship to anchor babies and deport them with their illegal parents. |

Full enforcement of our current laws. Detain and deport. Secure the border. Pass legislation ending birthright citizenship unless parents' are citizens or legal permanent residents. Pass legislation that states do not have to provide free education to illegal alien children. Deny all access to health services without payment in advance or a life-threatening situation. Send the bills to their nations of origin with a demand for immediate payment by their government. |

On the immigration front, little can be done except ask the Mexican government to shore up its defenses on the other side of the border (spending billions on a security fence that will end up failing is silly).
As for illegals themselves, it depends. Finding and deporting 13 million illegal immigrants isn't exactly time well spent, is it? A path to citizenship, provided they work and settle down, and yes even learn English, would be best. |

How cruel to read all this. If you think about it most ILLEGALS do the jobs that legals cant and wont do. So think about it. One day without illegals the world would die. Most of you lazy fat *** people would actually have to get up and do chores around the house. Or most of the men would have to actually get filthy in construction sites. Atleast the working illegals should have the right to become legal. For the rest that are doing crap and making it worse for the ones that one to survive in US sent them back |

There has been illegal immigration to the so-called New World since 1492 so it's racist and demeaning that you want to get rid of people who work jobs you'd never do. It's not just the job, working conditions and pay but also the worry that they might get caught, whether if legal or not!
Securing the Mexican border is as racist as it gets!
Basically you're saying a latino can't get in, but a European, African or Asian can? How about you also secure the eastern seaboard while you're at it? And the pacific ocean too?
Linguistically all of our ancestors spoke other languages when they came to America, myself I speak 3 - does that make me any less American?, no if anything it makes me more aware of the world around me. |

Wow I think the people on here should really be glad that they were born here what a bunch of a holes. Everyone is always about themselves it makes me sick!
They come over here because they have no way to feed their children. They leave their wives and children behind so that they can walk for weeks some of them die just to try and get over here to make a few bucks so their kids can eat. What would you do in their situation? You should worry about all the lazy americans that won't get off their a** and get a job and sit on welfare all day. |
