I have my second interview with my spouse to renew my green card for the 10 yr term soon. I am wondering what sort of information will make my marriage seem more legitamate obviously the USCIS see's my marriage is real by issuing me a green card but what else would I include the second time around? The same from the first seems kinda lame just to include that but not much has happened in the two years, besides a few arguments?

Just about the same proof your brought when you had your interview the first time for your Conditional green card.This time you are bringing the recent ones and probably you have more proof to show than the first time since 2 years has passed and both of you should have built up accounts and properties together.It is a requirement to prove to them that you are still married which is necessary when applying for Removal of Conditions. |

Basically, you need something showing your continuing marriage between first and this interview. Like utility bills, bank accounts etc. The minimum requirements are two items from each year of marriage plus tax returns. |

Not a legal advice but I think photos of functions showing both of you with friends, family, also latest house documents showing both names, joint bank accounts, utility bill payments for the same address, any major thing that you bought for your wife IRS stumulus check send for the family etc..... |
