Well, I'm only 14 so I am not the one that will be petitioning.
Here is the story;
I just came back from the Philippines with my mom and little sister. It was both my first time and my sisters first time and we met all of our family for the first time. Now, I was talking to my mom and I want to get four of my cousins who are 15-16 year old guys to be able to come here.
So, I would like to know what we need to do to make that happen.
Some websites will help to, Im doing a whole bunch of research I just need to know where to start first.

Neither you nor your mother can petition your cousins directly. If your mother is an American citizen, she could file a petition for their parents, which would include them, assuming one of them is her brother or sister. However, that petition would take a very, very long time. It would be an F4 family preference petition, and for Filipinos that takes 23 years. Mostly because so many other Filipino Americans also file for their brothers and sisters, so it's a very long line in this category. |

The best answer for that is ask someone from your family members like your grandfather , uncle or whoever it is who petition your mom or your dad before, i believe your relatives were all petitioned before, that's the trend in the Philippines isn't it? |
