What to do to bring my parents to Philippines where I reside?

I am an Indian national. I live in the Philippines. I work and have a TRV as my wife is a filipina. I dearly wish to bring my parents who are now old, and take care of them. I can't go back as I am too involved here.
I know there are no direct visa for parents or relative, I was hoping if there's any way I could petition them. Money isn't a factor for me.
I am desperate, please help me out.

You can petition... I would talk to the Indian consulate first and have them explain your options to you, before going ahead.
And there actually ARE visa's if your parents are infirm and only have you to look after them.
