What to write on "expiration date" on form I-485, I have a visa F1?
Find answers to your legal question.

What to write on "expiration date" on form I-485, I have a visa F1?

So my visa F1 expiration date is May 30, 2008, but I know I am still legal to stay in this country if I keep studying (which I am.) Now I am applying for a status change and have to fill in the form I-485. I just wondered if I should put my expiration date as May 30, 2008, or May 30, 2009?
