What will happen if I failure to appear for the second interview of the marriage based green card application?

Hi,
I got married to US citizen and attended the first interview six months ago. but it didn't go through. we got the mail today for the second interview. but we have personal problem misunderstanding. she is not ready to go to the interview. she is too much stubborn. i cannot convince her now. I know they are going to deny my case if we don't appear. my question is what will happen after that? are they gonna deport me immeadiately. and i have applied for advance parole 2 weeks before this mail. are they gonna delay that case also. I am too much confused and worried. this interview letter came in her name. otherwise i ask immigration to reschedule the interview. I don't know what to do man. please please help with full explanation. thankyou.

I've been through the process and can tell you that it's not a good idea to miss it, but if you absolutely can't make it, then try to reschedule to buy some time.

If you don't go, they will not necessarily actively deport you, but if you allow yourself to lose your legal status, then it will make it very difficult to ever get legal status again.

It's time for you two to ask the tough questions because this is pretty much it. If you don't see yourselves together for the long haul, then go ahead and miss the meeting. But if you do, then missing this meeting will open up a big bag of hurt the next time you try for permanent residence.

@gaijin: Parole doesn't mean what you think it means. Stick to answering questions in topics you know something about. Advanced parole refers to your ability to leave the country during the green card process. The rules say you're not supposed to, but in certain cases they'll grant you "advanced parole" if you apply for it.

If neither of you show up.
They my deem your case null and deport you...

How is your wife stubborn??

Did you marry her for papers or for love?

I may be very screwed my friend

Your wife is too stubborn to go?? If she loved you she'd do anything to ensure you were able to stay in the country

no show = no green card
no marriage = no green card

you get the green card based on a geuine and happy marriage
CIS are very good at reading body language so even if you both do go they can tell that you are no longer together in a marriage sense of the word.

you wont be deported immeidately but if you are denied a permanent green card, you must leave USA by the time the temporary card expires - if they dont void it immediately.

You might want to consider asking for a reschedule, make sure you sent the letter and keep proof of all documents you send.
Why did you guys get married. Is it an arranged marriage in which you promise something or is it a love marriage. It sounds like the ladder. The reason for a second interview is because the officer who conducted the interview was not completely convinced your marriage was real. Make sure, you convince your wife to go with you for your tranquility depends on her accompanying you to this interview. Make sure you take proof of pictures of both of you with family, friends, in public. Since you both are married, you both should know nearly everything about each other example things you did together on christmas, what did he give you on valentines, have you guys gone to a vacation, on her/ his birthday what did you do. They are simple questions if you really live together.
Good Luck Man

Where is the love? Sounds like your wife doesn't care much about you being deported. If you're having marital problems and she doesn't want to go because of them, USCIS will deny your case and start deportation proceedings. Call USCIS and see if they can reschedule your appointment (in the hopes that she will change her mind). And talk to an immigration attorney. Not sure what else you can do.

Whatever
Sounds like she changed her mind. Why are you on parole?that might be a clue.
