what if your american fiance only sent form I-129 and forgot to include form G-325, his birth certificate, letter of intent to marry, proof of relationship (photos), and passport photos, what will happen? will it cause delay or denial of petition? whats the best way to do?

if ever it will be denied, whats the best thing to do? can we apply again?

Two possible things:
1) They would outright reject the petition and ask you to complete the requirements;
2) They would send your fiance a notice in the mail called RFE (Request For additional Evidence)
The best thing to do is wait and see and re-apply, make sure your fiance will include all what is being asked. |

If you're lucky, it'll be rejected. They won't accept the application, and they'll send it back without cashing the check. Then you can submit the proper supporting documents later.
If they cash the check and "fee in" the application, it might be denied.
However, there's a chance they might transfer it back out to your fiance for the proper supporting documents. |

It will not be denied. Most likely it will be rejected, they will just ask you to re-send the petition. Less likely it will be accepted, and at the time when they start to work on your paperwork, they will send your fiance an RFE (request for evidence), asking him to send them all the missing information. After when they receive his response to an RFE, your case will be approved. |
