first i think that the proper punishment for any racist not matter if he is white , blue , yellow , black or any other color would be to send them all to jail if they ever comite a hate crime .

Nothing. It's not HATE, and it's NOT racism. Sure, people of all nationalities are welcome...so long as they come to the US legally. Why is that racism? HOW is that racism?
Yes, perhaps we should just open our borders to everyone, legal or not, and allow them to come in without any kind of documentation. And so what if some of them come in through Mexico, but they're actually from the Middle East and are members of Al Qaida, right? I mean, it's not like they could hijack some planes and fly them into buildings, killing thousands of people. Oh, WAIT, some people already did that!

In the US you get punished for committing a crime - such as crossing the border illegally, or using fraudulent documents to obtain a job, or identity theft, or tax evasion or driving without a drivers license, or drug smuggling, or human trafficking, etc. Not for wanting to protect your country from law breakers.
