To be honest and im not trying to be racist but alot of industrys would fail miserably. Such as farming. They are taking the jobs that no one else wants with pride because it provides food for their families. And we would not be able to renovate our house much because we cannot afford to hire Home Depot college kids. |

The defacto minimum wage would rise to about $12.50 - $15.00 per hour since there would be about 8 million jobs that would would need to be filled. Everyone's wages would go up as a result. (They are taking jobs nobody else wants due to the low wages, lack of benefits and deplorable working conditions).
When you have 12 Million people willing to work at below minimum wage (and without following OSHA regulations), everyone else suffers since their wages are kept artificially low. |

Cat would chase dogs, the sun would not rise, up would be down. All those things would happen or, nothing at all. Our hospital emergency rooms would be less busy. Our jails/prison would lose 1/3 of their occupants. Our schools would be less crowded and 12 Americans would live to see another day. |

The population would be decreased. If they all left the food prices would increase because they'd have to pay more for Americans to pick food. The illegal immigrants are a huge drain on the economy though, so we'd be better off without the criminals who entered the US illegally. The legal immigrants staying here are fine by me, though. |

I have to assume like many others who have answered that you're meaning the illegal Mexicans, right?
Well the price of food may rise a bit, but it wouldn't be noticeable. The more affluent of us would have to (heaven forbid) mow our own lawns, or pay a decent wage to get it done, or just hire one of the neighbor kids to do it.
The biggest thing that we all would notice is the drain on our social services would practically come to a halt, except, of course, for the teenage girls giving birth out of wedlock, but even that would subside after all the illegal Mexicans were gone! Companies could STOP printing everything in English and Spanish, which most of the illegals can't read anyway!
The prison population would decrease by probably 25 to 30%. That's not a bad thing either, now is it? Lots of money saved there! Believe me it is very expensive to keep people under lock and key, in prisons and jails. Why should we, the USA be required to incarcerate most of Mexico criminal element?
Oh, I'd be willing to bet that crime in this country would decrease by a considerable percentage, too, without that element here.
And for the person who said that it would collapse the Mexican Economy, What a friggin' laugh that is! The only economy that s!it-hole third world country has, to begin with is the one they are stealing from the USA! I could care less if the entire country collapsed! |

We could all save a lot of money in printing costs because we wouldn't need to print all of our labels in English and Spanish, our children would once again be able to obtain summer jobs, there would be a lot less crime, we would be able to have work done without requesting English speaking contractors, we would start having quality construction again. Oh yeah, and we would have to pay a little more for produce as farmers would have to turn to better technology instead of using slave labor....the list goes on and on... |

Jobs would open up for our citizens and those jobs would HAVE to pay more to get the work done. (Yes, there ARE Americans who once did those jobs, and will again. Illegal immigrants haven't ALWAYS been the only ones to do them)
Neighborhoods would be more decent to live in
Crime would drop, court cases would minimize
Taxes probably wouldn't drop but we could see improvements in where they are SUPPOSE to go. There wouldn't be millions of people living off our government programs, who aren't even suppose to be here.
Schools would be able to teach in ENGLISH and the schools systems would IMPROVE
There would be ENOUGH schools for our children
Our country would be safer with our borders secured. |

Illegals left, teachers could go back to teaching, everyone could find a job, definitely less crime, would not have to worry about identity thieves as much, property values would increase, police could actually arrest criminals like their suppose to do, go to restaurants and not leave because your scared the illegal behind the counter has some catch-able disease, and last but not least PARTY!!!!!! |

schools already teach in english,
there is ENOUGH schools for kids,
there are other kinds of languages to be printed
identity thieves arent all mexicans ,
Almost everyone here are saying negative things about mexicans,
we dont go to work for the heck of it,
we have families to take care of.
we also have lives,
lots of people say we're lazy,
well we are the people that are willing to work for

The price of produce and farm related products would become more expensive, the grass on many estates and homes here in Florida, and many other states would be needing attention. Landscaping business would go out of business.
Day labor businesses would be hurt, many contractors would have to pay union wages. WalMart would be forced to close some stores, Lowes & Home Depot would not have so many people hanging around their parking lots every morning. |

The price of food would go up and who would pick the food you eat every day ....NO ONE!!! unless you find a US citizen to do it which they won't. The mexican immigrants pick the food you eat and they get paid less than the minimam wage and to say wat if all the mexican left the US is just rasitist. Me and my mom have friends of all races and I would never want them to leave cause there such good people. my mother who is a mexican born in USA including the rest of my family. they used to pick cotton, graps and the things for less. My mother did that for half of her life. And all the coments I'm seeing on here are very rastist towards mexican and you know wat thats sad cause the US is suppose to be a great place to live no matter wat race you are. All you people should watch montel show he talked about this today on his show.
I hope that one day we can all get along no matter wat race you are. |
