What would happen to an illegal Mexican immigrant if...?

If an illegal Mexican immigrant moved to the USA when he or she wasn't an adult yet (not talking 16 or 17 or anything, more like ten or eleven) and they were alone, what would happen to them? Would social serviced stick them in a foster home, or would they simply be sent back to Mexico, and be put in a foster home there?

And, if a Mexican was illegally sent to the USA when he or she was still young, and not discovered until they were an adult, what would happen?

And also, if the immigrant had come to the USA before the law was made about illegal immigrants, but they were undocumented, what would happen? And I'm not sure when the law was made, so if this is just a stupid question, don't answer it.

The child would be deported. If no responsible adult came forward the child would be deported into custody of the Mexican Social Services.

As an adult he/she will be deported and banned from the United States for up to 10 years.

Illegally sent? As in being a victim of human trafficing --It is still against the law and they participated in it. Therefore, when they are over 18 and caught in USA illegally, they will be sent back.

Mexico is their home, that is where they belong.Mexico has no foster care. Mexico is a foreign country. Mexican authorities would track the parent/s down.

They will send them back to Mexico if they are illegal and wait for someone to claim them.

Yes on both parts they would be sent back to mexico.. and undocumented it illegal no matter how much you try to sugar coat it becuase if you are legal you have papers

Can you say DEPORTED? Regardless of how long, how old, or anything else you can think of the key to the whole matter is the word ILLEGAL! Something folks sneaking into America fail to understand that the word Illegal means unlawful and by doing this you have committed a Crime against America!

Immigration, in great compassion, have been known to deport children back to Mexico, the nearest border town, without any resources or places to go when they get there.

The adult would be deported. Doesn't matter how old they were when they got here.
