What would you do if you personally saw a group of people, you think are illegal, having a Memorial day BBQ?

i think its great, it show that even though they are here illegally they want to assimilate into our culture and celebrate those lives who were lost in wars to give everyone a chance for happiness, life and liberty. Maybe, someday we will look beyond a piece paper that states whether someone is legal or not.

Well, if you have no idea whether they are or not, then nothing.

Now, if they were up to something fishy (like dealing drugs), that's one thing. But, a BBQ? That's not so terrible. I would definitely think long and hard about whether it was worth pursuing.

You probably could report them, if you wanted to... but nothing might happen right away anyway, if there was no legal grounds to investigate... and who wants to bust up a perfectly good party over suspicions that may or may not be true? (Also, you could get accused of ethnically profilling people, which isn't so good.)

I would try to blend in with them and get a few free beers and a hamburger. Then I would bust the place. Were they cooking hamburgers or Tacos ? Was the beer Budwieser or San Miqual ?

I would turn there way, say hello, and walk away. Basically, I would treat them in the same way I would treat anyone and everyone else. I don't necessary believe in illegal immigration--hey, it is a crime--but I do believe in treating all people like decent human beings.

they won't be in my area, i live in a very expensive area. plus the cops know who's who. they always pull over hispanics over to question why are they in my area. newport beach, california.

Absolutely nothing. I wish they would apply for citizenship. I wish they would get a work visa. I wish they would prosper here and pay taxes. I wish a brighter future for their children. I wish they would be proud of their heritage AND wave the American flag.

However, If they continue to spit on America by illegally residing and working in this country, I wish they would get out. Please stay but do it legally.
