My friend is getting less hours @ work and he may even lose his job ! the part i don't like is that were he works @ they have some illegal immigrants working there and they are not losing any hours ! they are actually getting over time ,and i don't know what to do to help him !
the illegal immigrants working there are relatives of the manager !

Call the Immigration Service and turn the company in. Give the names of the illegals and the boss who is hiring them and laying off citizens of this country.

There are usually unanimous report numbers you can call that will investigate this kind of thing. I think they are different by state. Go to your local Labor and Industries and see if there are any resources there. Good luck, that is a hard one.
