What would you like to ask?What do I need apart from a passport to travel as a visitor to UK?

I am just wondering if there are any other forms needed. We are going to the UK for a two week vacation

It depends on your country of citizenship. Requirements vary a lot.

You only need your passport if you are from the US.
Upon arrival in the UK, you will be required to fill out a landing card, where you will have to list your first address in the UK (hotel, or whom ever you are staying with) and you also may have to present evidence (a printed itinerary) of your departure date should the immigration officer request it. I would suggest bringing a printed copy of your confirmation for both your accommodation and travel dates.

On the landing card: on flights to the UK, they usually also hand out the landing card while still on board the plane, but you can also get it prior to entry into the lines for Immigration control at any British airport, but you must fill it out prior to approaching the immigration desks!
