I am American and i think it really depends on where you live. if you live in Atlanta or Detroit then its definitely more dangerous. but if you live in a small community in the North East then you are quite safe. There are also some very nice communities in Florida, California, the Midwest....there are more safe communities than dangerous ones. In the UK i assume its the same, some safe places, some unsafe ones.
sorry, did see one person refer to our health care. this is true, if you do not pay for insurance and get sick, if you cant pay some hospitals will not even allow you in. this saddens me very much and I'm hoping that we can change this with our votes for a competent president. |

at the moment i'd say it has to be the UK, people are going wild there, theres no control over socitey, its in a complete mess!
Maybe the british police should carry guns, all the police here in Spain carry guns, i feel a lot safer! |

With the influx of extremist Muslims in the UK they have become more dangerous than the US. |

Both can be very dangerous, depending on area, or very safe in good areas. |

it depends on where you want to go. the usa is a very large country. some places can be very raceist (tho, they are dyeing out). if you move into a getto, it is odvously going to be more dangerous vs a simi-large town. I also belive that alot of personal saftly has to do with how you conduct yourself. If you are alert and pay attention to your surroundings and adapt your self to them. I don't know about the UK as I have never lived there. but i can guess that it porbalby is the same in some ways. some cities are safer, some are more raceist. |
