No. It is pointing out a crime that should have never happened... |

There is no point. It's a dirty tactic used by media and hateful people who nothing better to do but to point other ethic groups flaws. |

It's about the same as the media taking an unusually sympathetic case of an illegal brought here as a toddler, now an honors student, to imply that all illegals are like that.
People vary.
Criminal illegals should be deported. |

I live on the Mexican border and see them weekly. Their questions are, in order; water, food, work. A group of five came through recently. One of them was a woman with open and closed blisters on her feet. I kept them here so I could doctor her feet. They cleaned my house top to bottom, Went through the yard picking up anything that wasn't growing. I didn't ask them to, they just started doing it. They stayed with me two days, watched Mexican TV and talked. Their homes, their dreams. Except for the language, it was not much different than your kids and neighbors. Are all illegals like them? Are all your neighborhood youths like them?

I believe its because he wanted to point out that those who are willing to commit one sort of crime (illegal entry into the US) are more likely to commit another sort of crime, because they are obviously the types who ignore the law. |

If they weren't here these crimes would not have been committed, we don't need Mexico's criminals we have enough of our own, Deport every last one of them. |

I didn't, but since you asked, there is a pattern of sedition and violence on the part of political illegals. Come on...lowering the American flag and raising the Mexican flag, attacking women and old people, vandalizing cars... and the overall high crime rate. There is a connection. So instead of denying the fact that illegals are prone to violence and have a higher crime rate, try to do something about it (other than blame white people). |

fer sure. For me it doesn't matter what they do, they still need to leave and be deported if caught. |

its not to convince you that all of them are illegal, but pro-illegals keep saying that most illegals are just looking for a better life and seem to ignore the ones that commit heinous crimes. crimes that wouldn't have happened if they weren't here.
all of them should be deported regardless because of the first crime they committed: sneaking over the border. |

all that most Americans want is for illegals (mostly of Mexican descent) to stop getting a free ride and wait their turn like everybody else. |

WHY??? It's because EVERY ONE of these crimes committed by an ILLEGAL should NEVER have happened!!!! And would never have happened if these ILLEGALS had not been in THIS country!!!!! |

All illegals are not monsters. To suggest such is ludicrous. However, I do appall the breaking of laws and many citizens, be they legal or illegal do so on a daily basis. The argument to deport illegals on the basis that they are "ALL" criminals is totally ignorant.
However, if you are asking should illegals be deported, my answer is then yes. It is a federal crime to enter the United States by illegal means:
Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
has committed a federal crime.
Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense. |

I think people who post this type of thing are just driving the same nail they started a few months back. They feel it's their contribution to the immigration debate! |

No just trying to show you that they need to stay the f*ck out. Commit crimes in their own country....We have enough legal idiots here already! We do not need Illegal idiots. Become legal and then commit your crimes. |

I believe that is what they are trying to do. However, they fail to point out the stories of those "Americans" that commit similar crimes. The fact that they are Americans doesn't make it any better. |

i guess, the crimes just gets bigger in their little minds because it was committed by an illegal immigraint. A US cititzent committing the same crime is ok by their standards |

How much money is wasted and paid for by us to investigate catch and try in court any illegal that commits any crime. My money is on helping American citizens not to fund any illegals .
protect and secure the borders and at least try and send back all illegals is money well spent. |
