I believe there is no lottery this time for h1. So everyone whoever has applied for it should get it . When do we get our reference numbers ?
And when can we go for the Visa interviews ?

If you have applied through premium processing you should have heard by now, if applied through regular processing it will take 2-4 months.
Receipt number for regular processing should be available through your attorney in 2-3 weeks from now. |

even with out the lottery I dont think everyone will get it. you wont know it till oct 2009 and the interview probably early next year. good luck. |
