Ummm....never? As the US economy worsens, so does that of Mexico. One will always be able to make more money in the USA, and live more cheaply in Mexico.

It's hard to imagine Mexico having the intellectual resources that would result in a southern migration. High levels of corruption, low levels of technological development, low levels of education for the masses, poorly paying jobs...

Sounds like a place Americans want to move to. If they did, Mexico would improve.
