When you apply for I-130 Form, how long does it take for that person to get his/her Documents? (Like work permit, Drivers License, Etc.) and Also can you apply for work permit before you get your white card?

Your question is not clear. The I-130 is a relative visa petition and the approval does not enable the beneficiary to obtain either a work
permit or a drivers license. If filed concurrently with an application for adjustment of status (form I-485), work authorization could also be requested. For the forms and their instructions see uscis.gov.. |
