Where can I find naturalization numbers of my parents w/o access to their original certificates?

I need it for my security clearance to join the army, but I am no longer in touch with my parents and I'm sure they have been lost over the years. Is there a way to find these numbers, along with information such as their naturalization date and city, without having to wait a year? I'd appreciate any advice!
