In the US, from an acceptance facility or a passport agency.

The link has a locator to help you find one. They're usually things like post offices and courthouses (although not every post office has one). |

whats your nationality?? If you are a Fil citizen, You can visit (POEA )Philippine Overseas Employment Agency in Ortigas across Robinsons Galleria and you can get an application form there in No time.. second option is go to the Department of Foreign Affairs in Pasay and apply personally, It may take a week or two to process and get your passport. Beware of illegal agency staffs prying around the area. Do not deal with them and ask only the guards with authorized DFA ID's. just walk straight ahead and enter the gate. |

Post office may or may not have one. The one near me does NOT have them and a lot of other post offices do NOT have them.
Go to:http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/
Type in your ZIP code and you will get a list of places in your area. Your local post office may or may not be on the list! |
